X4 Terms and Conditions

Any act of accepting or requesting services from X4 or using information from X4 relating to a Candidate in any way, is deemed to be and shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. X4 means any of the X4 Group companies; X4 Group Ltd, X4 Staffing Deutschland GmbH, X4 Alpha LLC and X4Tech Staffing Inc.

Fees. If, following an X4 introduction or referral of a Candidate, whether or not that Candidate was previously known to the recipient, the Candidate is hired, employed or used, directly or indirectly, whether on a temporary or permanent basis, at any time within 12 months following the initial introduction or any subsequent reintroduction, the recipient shall pay X4 a Fee for each Candidate. Compensation means each Candidate’s first year’s compensation, which includes guaranteed commission and bonuses including any signing bonus. An introduction shall be deemed to have occurred when X4 provides the recipient with any information which identifies a Candidate.

Payment Terms. X4 will invoice for the engagement on the Candidate’s first day of work with the recipient and the Fee will be payable within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
